GUIDED RELOCATION PLANNING
Turning complex relocations into clear, workable plans
Relocation isn’t a single decision.
It’s a series of choices that have to hold up in real life.
Guided Relocation Planning helps you confirm, refine, and sequence your international move before you commit — turning a complex relocation into a structured plan with clear priorities, realistic timing, and practical documentation at each stage.
This service is for people who already have a destination in mind and want clear, practical answers to the questions that determine whether the plan actually works — not just on paper, but in day-to-day life.
Guided Relocation Planning is advisory and planning-focused by design — not a concierge service, and not legal representation.
How Guided Relocation Planning Works, Step by Step
-

Session 1: Alignment & Reality Check
This first session focuses on clarifying what you’re planning and why, and stress-testing the assumptions behind it. We review your goals, constraints, and assumptions, and identify where your plan is solid and where it needs closer examination. This session often surfaces factors people haven’t fully connected yet — timing conflicts, budget pressure points, visa dependencies, or lifestyle tradeoffs.
After the session, you’ll receive a written summary of what we discussed, including your stated goals, known constraints, and the key questions we’ll address next.
-

Session 2: Budget & Timeline Review
In the second session, we translate your plan into money and time, identifying key dependencies and mapping when steps must happen — and in what order — to keep the move viable. We review realistic cost expectations for your new location, compare them to your current baseline, and map out when key steps need to happen. This includes major milestones such as visa preparation, housing searches, pet relocation, documentation, healthcare transitions, and other time-sensitive tasks.
You’ll receive a personalized budget overview and a relocation timeline outlining what needs to happen, and when, so you can plan without guesswork.
-

Session 3: Lived Reality Briefing
This session doesn’t redesign your move — it prepares you for how it will actually feel once you arrive. We talk through what tends to surprise people after they arrive: bureaucracy, cultural norms, housing differences, healthcare access, transportation habits, and other practical adjustments. This is where we connect expectations to lived experience.
After this session, you’ll receive a written relocation brief summarizing the practical realities, friction points, and adjustments discussed — giving you a clear reference as you move forward.
